Aims & Achievements

We are a very friendly group of parent volunteers who run events and fundraising activities throughout the school year. We do this to build up funds to buy 'extra' items for school that benefit pupils of all ages and school life itself.

All our events and activities are intended:

• to provide opportunities for parents, children and staff to meet socially
• to be enjoyable and value for money for all the family 

Thinking of getting involved – but want to make it right for you?

The Parents’ Society has many different ways for you to get involved and any time you can spare is very much appreciated. 

There is a poster near the receptions in both Lower & Upper School, with details of events taking place over the year. If you would like to volunteer for any of these events, please do sign your name on the sheet. Alternatively, please just contact the committee through parentssociety@collegiate.org.uk and let us know at which event you’d prefer to help.

We also run the Second Hand Uniform Shop, which stocks an extensive range of branded Collegiate uniform - please see the Uniform Shop for more details.

Lastly, but certainly not least, if event organising is something you particularly enjoy, you may like to be part of the Society’s monthly committee meetings. We meet in the Headmaster’s Study and our hour-long meetings cover forthcoming events, setting up small sub-groups to work on individual events and researching new ideas and opportunities to fundraise.

Support our Parents' Society when you shop online

You can now raise funds for Collegiate Parents' Society every time you shop online.

Choose from over 600 of the UK's best-known retailers including many popular names such as NEXT, Amazon, Debenhams, John Lewis and HMV, and when you shop using the links on our site up to 15% from every purchase you make will be donated to Collegiate Parents' Society.

It doesn't cost a penny extra to shop and raise funds for us this way, and as many retailers now give extra discounts when you buy online, you can even save money!

As a registered charity, Collegiate Parents' Society is able to claim back Gift Aid on all your donations. If you have not yet completed a Gift Aid form please click on the link below and print off a copy of the form, complete and return to the School so that we are able to claim back 25p for each £1 donated. All your generous donations help us provide everything you on our pages and Gift Aid will help us provide even more.
